MATTHEW KURIAN
SENIOR PASTOR
Matthew is a father of three children and a grandfather of one. He is the husband of Julia and the founding Pastor of Faith Community Church. Matthew and Julia have been happily married for over 29 years. He loves reading, helping the needy, and spending time with his family. Throughout his life, he has dedicated himself to improving the lives of the slum dwellers in Goa.
Before establishing Faith Community, Matthew graduated in Hotel Management. Following his B. Th. studies, he moved from Kerala to Goa in 1993 in obedience to the vision God gave him. His mission was to work for drug addicts and alcoholics. In 1994, God enabled him to pioneer Faith Community AG Church. In 1997, he established the El Shaddai Charitable Trust, dedicated to caring for less fortunate women and children. Matthew holds a degree in Hotel Management and a Bachelor’s in Theology.
